The Chief’s Trust

The Chief’s Trust is a community charitable trust set up to ensure affordability is not a barrier to Jewish observance.

Launched shortly before Generation Sinai, which saw thousands of children and their parents spend a morning learning all about the mitzvah of mezuzah, the Chief’s Trust’s first offering involved taking that lesson beyond the classroom with practical and financial assistance in installing mezuzahs in houses across the country.

The vision behind the Chief’s Trust is that the Torah belongs to every Jew. No one should be excluded because of financial need. The Chief Rabbi’s long-term strategy is to create a social responsibility arm to each of the Trust’s initiatives. “There should never be two categories of Jews, those who can afford to keep the mitzvot and those who can’t. The Chief’s Trust is about seeing where we can help community members who need it.”

Kosher Mezuzah For
EVERYONE!

Affordability should not be a barrier to a home full of kosher mezuzahs. If you cannot afford kosher mezuzahs, tell us what you can pay and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
